The Estate Guard Lite 20W Solar Street Light is a compact, all-in-one off-grid fixture for residential colony roads, society parking lots, gram-panchayat pathways and farmhouse driveways. Its 576-chip LED 5730 array spreads a soft, even cool-white light that’s easy on the eyes for pedestrians, a 20Ah LiFePO4 battery runs it a full 12 hours a night, and a built-in charge indicator shows battery status from the ground. Rated IP64, fully automatic and grid-free, it fits a standard 45 mm GI pole at 4–5 metres — no wiring, no electrician, no bills.

Even, low-glare light for residential streets

The light runs 576 LED 5730 chips — a professional-grade SMD type chosen for high efficacy and good thermal performance over older 5050 or 3030 chips. Spreading the 20W output across this many small emitters gives very even illumination with low localised intensity, which means less glare — exactly what you want on colony roads and pathways where pedestrians, not fast traffic, are the main users. The cool-white tone keeps good contrast and visibility for people on foot and slow-moving vehicles alike, without the harsh hotspot you get from a few high-power LEDs.

20Ah LiFePO4 battery with a visible charge indicator

A 3.2V 20Ah LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery is the engine behind the 12-hour backup — well beyond the shorter-duration lead-acid and standard Li-ion units sold at similar prices. LiFePO4 manages 2,000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge — over five years of daily use — and doesn’t sulphate when left partly charged during cloudy monsoon spells, unlike lead-acid. It also stays thermally stable in the 45 °C-plus heat of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Telangana, where ordinary Li-ion can become a risk.

The integrated Battery Level Indicator lets maintenance staff read each unit’s charge from the ground — no climbing — so battery health across a colony road or parking lot is a quick visual check and issues can be caught early.

Day & night sensor, radar sensor and remote

The day & night sensor turns the light on at dusk and off at dawn automatically — no manual switching. The radar motion sensor runs a three-stage sequence — 10% standby on an empty road, 100% on motion, then 15% for 30 seconds before returning to standby — which is what makes the 12-hour figure achievable on low-traffic colony and village roads. A wireless remote adds flexibility:

OFFFull dusk-to-dawn switch-off.
ALWAYSMotion sensor off — constant dusk-to-dawn light.
INDUCTIONFull radar-active dusk-to-dawn — the everyday mode.
2HTimed induction for 2 hours from dusk.
4HTimed induction for 4 hours from dusk.
6HTimed induction for 6 hours from dusk.

The 6H mode suits sites with defined activity windows — gated-society entry points and commercial parking — where most movement falls early in the night.

23W monocrystalline panel — daily charge in 7–8 hours

The 5V 23W monocrystalline panel charges the 20Ah battery over a 7–8 hour daily window, well within the peak solar hours available across most of India from October to May. Monocrystalline runs at 19–22% efficiency and holds up in diffused light, so it keeps charging through monsoon cloud and the shorter, cloudier days of a north-Indian winter:

IP64 build, no wiring — tender-ready

The compact housing (42 × 35 × 9 cm) is sealed to IP64 — complete dust-tightness plus resistance to water splashing from any direction, the recommended baseline for India’s monsoon climate — keeping moisture, dust and insects out, the usual failure points of cheap non-rated lights. The slim profile cuts wind load at height, and the 45 mm pole fit matches standard GI poles used across housing-society and gram-panchayat projects. Everything ships pre-assembled, so installation is just bracket onto a pole at 4–5 m — typically under 30 minutes, no trenching or grid connection. Supplied 5 per carton, it’s ready for gram-panchayat road tenders, colony developments and civil-contractor procurement at scale.

Frequently asked questions

Is it bright enough for a residential colony road?

Yes. The 576-chip array gives even, low-glare cool-white coverage at 4–5 m — ideal for pedestrian pathways and slow-traffic colony roads, without the harsh hotspot of a few high-power LEDs.

How long does it stay lit at night?

A full 12 hours under ideal conditions. The radar sensor’s three-stage dimming conserves the 20Ah battery during quiet hours so it lasts the whole night.

What does IP64 protect against?

IP64 means dust-tight and resistant to water splashing from any direction — the recommended baseline for outdoor monsoon use. For sites with direct pressure-washing or possible immersion, our IP66/IP67 models are a better fit.

How do I check the battery without climbing up?

The Battery Level Indicator shows charge status from the ground, so you can sweep a whole road of units and plan maintenance before any light fails.

Will it fit my existing society or panchayat poles?

It mounts on standard 45 mm GI poles at 4–5 m with no wiring, and ships pre-assembled, so each unit installs in under 30 minutes.
