Lumencity is an online retailer of solar lighting, LED lighting and related energy products, and a provider of solar rooftop (EPC) services, offered at fair value to the consumer. Upon placing an order, we shall ship the product to you and be entitled to payment for it.

Additionally, we may provide you with information about other products and services similar to those you are already using, have enquired about, or that may interest you. Upon registering with us, we may contact you by electronic means — email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone, or any combination thereof — to inform you about these services. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The price of an item is inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate, for which we are responsible as the seller. 5Payment

Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check is carried out on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

6Delivery

You will be shown available delivery options during the order process, which may vary depending on your location. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page, and on placing your order you will receive an email containing an order summary and the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by email and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any distress caused by a delay in delivery.
