The Estate Guard Elite 25W Solar Street Light is a compact, self-contained off-grid fixture for colony internal roads, society entry gates, parking lots, rural pathways and suburban streets. It runs at an efficient 25W, spreads light through a 9-lens optical array for even coverage, holds a full 12 hours a night on its 24Ah LiFePO4 battery, and shows charge status on a built-in battery level indicator. Rated IP66 and fully automatic, it fits standard 40–50 mm poles with no wiring — ideal for retrofitting straight onto existing street-light infrastructure.

Cool-white light, built to run cool and last

The light uses 54 LED 5054 chips — high-lumen-density emitters chosen for their efficacy and thermal stability over older SMD types. The array carries a 300W LED power rating, but the unit is driven at its efficient 25W. Running the chips well within their rated capacity is a deliberate engineering choice: it keeps them cooler, protects the driver, and supports stable cool-white output and a long service life — the opposite of cheap lights that push small LEDs to their limit and dim early. The 9-lens optical configuration spreads that light into a wide, even beam at a 4–5 metre mounting height, the right fit for colony roads, parking areas and perimeter security where contrast and visibility matter.

24Ah LiFePO4 battery with a visible charge indicator

A 3.2V 24Ah LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery carries the light through a full 12-hour dusk-to-dawn cycle under standard Indian sunlight, with radar-managed dimming extending the runtime. LiFePO4 lasts 2,000+ cycles — over five years of daily use — and, unlike lead-acid, doesn’t sulphate or lose capacity when left partly charged, which is common through cloudy monsoon spells. It’s also thermally stable for the 40 °C-plus summers of Rajasthan and Gujarat.

The integrated Battery Level Indicator is the practical touch: maintenance staff can read each unit’s charge from the ground without dismounting it, so battery health across a whole colony road or parking lot becomes a quick visual check and faults can be caught before a light goes dark.

Day & night sensor, radar sensor and remote

The day & night sensor switches the light on at dusk and off at dawn automatically, every day and every season — no manual operation. The radar sensor then runs a three-stage brightness sequence: 10% standby on an empty road, 100% on motion, then 20% for 30 seconds before returning to standby. That dimming is the key to the 12-hour figure — full output all night would empty the battery long before dawn. A wireless remote adds manual control and brightness tuning:

ON / OFFManually switch the unit on or off.
AUTOMotion-activated dusk-to-dawn operation.
RADARFull radar response with dusk-to-dawn switching.
2HTimed induction for 2 hours from dusk.
3HTimed induction for 3 hours from dusk.
4HTimed induction for 4 hours from dusk.

23W monocrystalline panel — full charge in 5–7 hours

The 5V 23W monocrystalline panel refills the 24Ah battery in 5–7 hours of good sun. Monocrystalline cells run at 19–22% efficiency and keep generating in weaker, diffused light — important through monsoon cloud cover and the short, low-angle days of a north-Indian winter. The panel angle is factory-set, so there’s no on-site tilt calibration: every unit charges identically, which keeps results predictable across bulk colony and municipal deployments fitted by non-specialist crews.

IP66 build — retrofit-ready, no wiring

The slim housing (28 × 3 × 72 cm) is sealed to IP66 — complete dust protection and resistance to high-pressure water jets from any direction, above the IP64/IP65 typical in this class — and its aerodynamic profile reduces wind load at height. The big practical advantage is fit: the 40–50 mm pole compatibility matches most existing Indian municipal and private street-light poles, so you can retrofit directly onto current infrastructure without custom adapters. Every component ships pre-assembled, so on-site work is just bracket, pole and done — no trenching, conduit or grid connection. That makes it well suited to rural roads, construction sites and peri-urban colonies where the grid is absent or expensive to extend. Supplied 5 per carton.

Frequently asked questions

What is the actual power of this light?

It operates at 25W. The 300W figure on the spec sheet is the LED array’s power rating — the chips’ capacity — not the actual draw. Running them at 25W keeps the LEDs cool and long-lasting.

Can I fit it on my existing street-light pole?

In most cases, yes. It suits 40–50 mm poles, which covers the majority of standard Indian municipal and private poles, so it retrofits directly without custom adapters.

How long does it stay on at night?

A full 12 hours under ideal conditions, thanks to the radar sensor’s three-stage dimming, which conserves the 24Ah battery during quiet hours.

How do I check the battery without climbing up?

The Battery Level Indicator shows charge status from the ground, so you can sweep a whole road of units and plan maintenance before any light fails.

Will IP66 cope with monsoon and dust?

Yes. IP66 means full dust-tightness and resistance to high-pressure water jets — above the IP64/IP65 common in this segment — so it’s rated for heavy rain, dust and coastal conditions.
