It gives the same 10000 lumens across the same 120° spread as our UFO Pro at this wattage, so it lights the same area from the same height. What it doesn’t have is the Pro’s deep die-cast fin stack, and that shows up in one place only: sustained running in heat. For a factory running double or triple shifts under a hot metal roof, buy the Pro; that’s what it’s for.

The low profile also sits better in finished ceilings. Where a domed high bay hangs down and announces itself, the Slim reads as a flush disc, which matters in a shop or showroom where the ceiling is part of the customer’s impression.
