IP65 is the minimum recommended standard for outdoor lighting fixtures in India’s monsoon climate, and this unit meets that threshold. The housing dimension of 28 x 3 x 72 cm ensures a slim, aerodynamic profile that reduces wind load on the mounting arm. The radar sensor starts the unit at 10% brightness optically, activates 100% brightness on detecting motion, and reduces to 20% brightness after 30 seconds of no activity, extending nightly battery runtime. Remote control modes include AUTO (motion-activated dusk-to-dawn), RADAR (full radar with dusk-to-dawn switching), timed induction modes at 2H, 3H, and 4H intervals, and manual ON/OFF. Monocrystalline silicon cells achieve higher conversion efficiencies under both direct and diffused sunlight, which is particularly relevant during India’s monsoon season when cloud cover can persist for days across coastal, north-eastern, and central regions. A full charge is attained in 5 to 7 hours of direct sunlight, aligning with the average peak solar hours available across most Indian states between March and October. Installation & Mounting
The Space Model 1350 is designed for rapid, no-wiring installation. All components — solar panel, LiFePO4 battery, LED module, radar sensor, and controller — are pre-assembled in the factory. On-site work is limited to mounting the bracket onto a 40–50mm diameter pole at a height of 4 to 5 metres and securing the unit. No trenching, conduit work, or electrical connection to the grid is required, making this product especially suitable for rural roads, construction sites, peri-urban colonies, and agricultural perimeters where grid infrastructure is absent or cost-prohibitive.
